Our Half Yak sells by hanging weight for $9.75/lb. and averages 200 lbs on the rail.
Sides are taken directly from a government inspected facility to our local butcher to be cut and wrapped. With so many customizable options to choose from, we are happy to walk you through the process of ordering.
